Want to grow but don’t have the money?

Unless you’re the great exception to the rule (there are some) then you have more money than you might realize.  However, it’s likely hiding in your cash flow.  You’re not looking there, but rather at the bank.  The bank on the other hand is looking where you should be looking.  They don’t see the profitability to support the loan.  If you start in your Costs of Goods and Overhead Expenses - the next time you visit the bank, you will both be pleasantly surprised!

Let’s face it - budgeting is not really much fun.  It’s rather like being on a diet.  It sounds good at first, and you muster some motivation but flounder after a month or so, because it’s distasteful, annoying and causes too much planning.  You know the only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume.  It’s the same with your business or personal finances.

Lots of people choose to work on the consumption side.  In business, we would call this growing your revenue to offset your expense.  Go sell some more stuff so we’ll get paid!  In reality, it’s much easier to shrink your expenses in order to create the money for properly growing your revenue.  Yes, sometimes you will need to actually cut expenses, but more often than not you can keep the expense - only make it less expensive.

Here’s an example:  Did you know that there are programs available to cut your wireless phone bill by as much as 24%?  Now, it’s not available to individuals, but if you have sufficient numbers of phones you can qualify for such things.  I bet you thought I was going to tell you how!  If you contact us for a free consultation, we’ll discuss this and more.
